“ Hiro, STAT! This is my go-to for local and fresh sushi! My fave is the Dynamite Roll (shrimp tempura, cream cheese topped with jalapeno, sriracha, masago, spicy mayo and eel sauce)...seriously...it's DYN-A-MITE!!!! We always get the edamame...reg or spicy (prefer the spicy but both are good!). Recently ordered the chicken fried rice and it was so delicious! Bottom line, the food is fresh and incredible...service is always impeccable! The wine makes us happy because they provide a nice pour for your money unlike many other local restaurants. But the real 5 stars about Hiro is all about the owners and staff. They are professional and kind (with a lovely touch of humor) and ALWAYS make you feel like you're an extension of their family. Sometimes hero's don't always wear capes, because the real Hiro's here lie within the strong bond and passion this family has for their restaurant. You know how much I love to support local businesses and this is no exception...Howard and his wife Dewi offer a unique and quintessential restaurant that is much needed in our community.
